We want to give you the best care we can. To help us work faster and more safely, we now use some computer tools called AI. These tools are recommended by the NHS.
Because we get a lot of appointment requests every day, AI helps us sort them so we can make sure the right people are seen at the right time.
AI also helps us sort the many letters and emails we receive from hospitals, and it supports us when we check blood test results and update your records.
Our doctors and nurses still make the final choices about your care whenever something needs to be done.
